I make enterprise tasks delightful.
Are you looking for an experienced UX designer for B2B SaaS and enterprise applications? If so read on.
How I Work
Establishing design flow, trust and work cadence with developers yields results.
Discovery & Strategy
From ethnographic observation to depth interviews to surveys, backlog requests, analytics and competitor research, identifying user needs is my first goal.
Brainstorm & Ideate
Whiteboarding or design studios with business and devs, then pencil sketches are often done to kick off the design process and create team ownership of my design.
Flows or Wireframes
Screen flow diagrams or wireframes are done to show developers exactly the flow intended if needed, and to work through tech issues that could affect the design.
Design in Sketch
I design in Sketch using a Material-based style and components to reuse for rapid prototyping. inVision, Sketch Cloud, Avocode or Figma can deliver details to devs.
Create inVision Prototype
Ideally, every design has an accompanying prototype for a design review with the team. Prototype links are added to their work tickets for constant reference.
Team Completion
It's not enough to hand off designs to a developer. I make myself constantly available to my team for questions or changes. I also approve UI changes before pushed live.

A SaaS platform for threat analysis
As Lead UX Designer at King & Union for 18 months, my role was to transform the legacy app into one that would onboard analysts more quickly and make Avalon more competitive. Both goals were achieved.
Creating an industry disrupting feature
The patent pending Avalon Marketplace is an industry disruptor that offers fractional data sales plus deep insight into how data is used by analysts, so companies can fine-tune budgeting and discover effective vendors.
Giving Contact Center agents what they need
As a contractor for 9 months at Home Depot in Atlanta, I had the pleasure of serving the contact center agents, doing custom design on top of Salesforce and a ton of user observation, which is one of my favorite things.
A SaaS marketplace for supply chain built on Salesforce
Warm Commerce is a two-sided marketplace for finding supply chain vendors with the power of Salesforce beneath the custom design. This was an MVP product and I also created marketing assets and the website.

A SaaS marketplace for oversized cargo delivery
An interesting problem exists in the oversized cargo industry (think big oil operations moving from one country to another.) I gave usability analysis and a visual upgrade to this already designed MVP application.
